# Investor Lettings

#### Letting Agent property claim

Verified letting agents can now claim the property to represent the SPV. Before a letting agent is appointed by the SPV the shareholders need to vote for a particular letting agent and accept their terms.

#### Property letting process

The status of the interaction between the Letting Agent and the potential Renters can be monitored by the SPV shareholders.

#### Property rental income

The rental income collected by the letting agent is deposited in the SPV account and is automatically distributed to all the property shareholders.

#### Property repairs & costs

Any property costs are paid for by the SPV shareholders, either through the rental income or by an additional payment.
