Property share reservation
When the last property share in a particular property has been reserved this initiates the creation of the property SPV (SPV stands for 'Special Purpose Vehicle' which is in fact a LLP, which stands for 'Limited Liability Partnership') and the minting of the SPV property shares. This completes the contract to start the property share claim process to send share funds to the newly created SPV account and the property share(s) purchased to the investors own self hosted wallet address.

The legal process starts and if the sale is successful, then the SPV and its property shareholders will own the particular property asset, which will be registered with land registry after the sale has completed.
If the sale is unsuccessful, then the property share purchase funds can be reclaimed by the SPV shareholders and the SPV is wound up.
Cancelling a reserved property share
You can cancel your reserved property share by clicking the "Cancel reserve" button at anytime until the last property share has been reserved in that particular property.
