### Letting Agent property claim

Verified letting agents can now claim the property to represent the SPV. Before a letting agent is appointed by the SPV the shareholders need to vote for a particular letting agent and accept their terms.

#### Rental Income

Rental income is managed in-line with the rental agreement between the SPV and the Letting Agent. The letting agent managing a particular property will need to credit the SPV account with the income received from the renter, which is then distributed automatically to the property shareholders.
