Import own seed phrase from own mobile app account into SubWallet. Go to SubWallet account and select Import account. Seed phrase is the easiest way to import account into SubWallet. If you upgrade to version 26, you may need to export Json file if the seed phrase do not appear. Your view might appear different from this view:
Select Import from seed phrase for version 23 of the mobile app.
Enter all of your own 12 seed phrase from your realXmarket app on your phone
Select Import from JSON file for those in version 26 of the mobile app and could not locate seed phrase. The password is the mobile realxmarket app password. Click Unlock file.
Click Import. You may or may not have this view.
Choose your account name and click confirm.
Go to https://app.realxmarket.io/. Click Connect on the top right hand corner. Select SubWallet. Your account should appear on the list.
