Steps to create a Property Listing (for Testers)

1. Use the web application on desktop or laptop.

2. Go to https://app.realxmarket.io/

1. Testers will be given a test account to be imported into testers SubWallet. Go to SubWallet account and import the Testers account (see highlighted yellow):

1. Select Import from seed phrase.

1. Enter all 12 seed phrase given to you. Once completed, click Import account at the bottom.

1. Click Import

1. Fill in an Account name and click confirm

1. Click Connect on the top right hand corner:

1. Select Subwallet. Select the imported test account.

1. This page will appear, select Developer.

1. Click CONNECT

1. This page will appear. Click CONTINUE button.

1. The account will appear (highlighted yellow):

1. Click on the yellow highlighted icon to have the dropdown list and select Profile:

1. The listed properties will appear. Click Add Property button (circled by yellow highlight)

1. Click Continue to arrive on this page. Filled in with the following information and click Continue:

1. This page will appear. Fill in the information as below.

Internal area - 72 m² (775 sq ft)

Finishing Quality - High Quality

Number of bedrooms - 2. Put number 2 in the box.

Number of bathrooms - 1. Put number 1 in the box.

Outdoor Space - Yes. Put Yes in the box.

Off Street Parking - Yes. Put Yes in the box.

1. Scroll down and upload images that will be provided to testers:

1. Click Submit and the following will appear:

1. Click View Draft and the property is located (circled by yellow highlight).
