Investor - Claim Tokens
Investor to claim tokens. Please use desktop/laptop
Use Desktop/Laptop. Go to https://app.realxmarket.io/
Please connect to your mobile app account (highlighted yellow) that you used to purchase property tokens. Choose Investor.
Select Profile ( highlighted yellow):
Go to Portfolio (highlighted yellow):
You will see the following page. Please ignore the Expired label. Please do not touch the Reclaim button. Please click on View button for each property in your portfolio in turn:
After you click the view button, you will see the page changed to the property you selected like the image shown below. In this example, the tokens owned is 6. Click Claim button, circled by yellow highlight.
When you click claim button, the wallet will be activated. If you use SubWallet, SubWallet will be activated:
Log into your SubWallet or Talisman, whichever you use. You will reach the following screenshot. Click I understand button.
Click Approve. It is possible that two attempts required if the first attempt failed.
A pop up for transaction successful will appear:
Once you are here, close the SubWallet. You should see the page below. This is the end of this step.
